FEE AND BILLING INFORMATION

The majority of the legal services our firm provides will be quoted based on an hourly rate. Specific information will be provided at your first conference or at any time upon request. All out of pocket expenses we incur will be charged in addition to the agreed upon hourly rate. Our statements are rendered monthly, or in some cases upon completion of the work performed. Retainers, as a deposit for services to be rendered, are usually required. Your specialized billing requirements as to form of billing and information required on the bill will be gladly accommodated.
