PAUL BARKER was born in Plainview, Texas on September 11, 1946, and was reared in Lockney, Texas. Paul is married to Judith Gallagher Barker and they have three sons, two daughter-in-laws and three grandchildren. Paul received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1969, and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1972. Paul has practiced exclusively in the area of oil and gas from 1974 to the present date. Paul is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, State Bar of Texas (Section: Oil and Gas), and the Texas Land Title Association. He is certified as a specialist in Oil, Gas & Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
